How long does the Pure Cordless battery last?
The battery lasts for 60 minutes on the normal setting, 30 minutes on its middle setting and an impressive 15 minutes in the maximum setting. Normal and middle settings are perfect for the majority of use, but 15 minutes of high power provides peace of mind for particularly hard to clean areas.
What's the guarantee on the Pure Cordless?
We offer a 2 year guarantee including the battery.
The Pure Cordless is put through extensive testing, including drop testing and 500 hours of durability testing to ensure it meets our rigorous requirements.
What happens if my Pure Cordless battery expires / loses power after 2 years?
The battery is removable and can easily be replaced with a new battery.
Battery performance over time depends on many factors including usage per week, discharging power mode and charging habits.
Can I return my Pure Cordless if I don't like it?
We offer a no quibbles 30 day trial period. If you change your mind within 30 days, just contact us and we'll arrange the return.
How does the performance of the Pure Cordless compare with market leading competitors?
It has nearly twice the useful suction of the nearest competitor cordless vacuum and can remove 100% of dirt from deep down crevices while running for 60 minutes in normal power.
We have not measured any vacuum cleaner that can achieve the same level of performance as the Pure Cordless.

How do I register my guarantee?
I have a problem with my Pure Cordless.
Battery Light 1 (the bottom light) is flashing red
This means the battery is empty. Please charge the battery.
Battery lights 1 and 2 are flashing red
This means the incorrect charger is connected. Please connect the supplied Lupe charger instead.
Battery lights 1 (bottom) and 4 (top) are flashing red
This means the battery is too cold. Keep the battery at room temperature for five (5) hours before use.
Battery lights 3 & 4 are flashing red
This means the battery is too hot. Allow the battery to cool down for one (1) hour before use. Always use at room temperature.
All battery lights are flashing red
My Pure Cordless does not power on 1
Have you checked to see if your battery is flat or missing? If the battery is flat, charge the battery. If the battery is missing, insert the battery into the vacuum cleaner and press the power button off then on.
My Pure Cordless does not power on 2
If you've already checked the battery is inserted and charged, there could be a blockage in the airways or the filters could be blocked. If this is the case, all the user control buttons will flash. Remove any blockages, empty the bin and clean the shroud . Please refer to page 12, step 5 in the User Guide. Please also clean the pre-motor and HEPA filter.
My Pure Cordless does not power on 3
If the battery is charged and there are no blockages in the airways then the pre-motor filter could be missing. If this is the case, the on/off button flashes. Check that the pre-motor filter is inserted correctly and press the power button off then turn on.

There may also be a blockage in airway or the filters are blocked. Remove and blockages and clean the pre-motor and HEPA filters.
Pure Cordless turns off before the battery is empty 1
There could be a blockage in the airways or the filters could be blocked. If this is the case, all the user control buttons will flash. Remove any blockages, empty the bin and clean the shroud . Please refer to page 12, step 5 in the User Guide. Please also clean the pre-motor and HEPA filter.
Pure Cordless turns off before the battery is empty 2
The pre-motor filter could be missing. If this is the case, the on/off button flashes. Re-insert the bin with pre-motor filter and press the power button off then on.
The battery light stays on but the vacuum cleaner is off 1
The vacuum cleaner may not have been turned off before charging. Press the off button to turn the battery lights off. Always press the off button when the battery is flat before charging the battery.
The battery light stays on but the vacuum cleaner is off 2
The pre-motor filter could be missing. Check that the pre-motor filter is inserted correctly and press the power button off then turn on.
The brush bar and roller stop working 1
There may be a blockage in roller or a blockage in the brush bar of the cleaner head. If this is the case, the brush bar on/off button 4 flashes. Press the brush bar on/off button. If the button still flashes, lift the cleaner head off the surface and press the button again. If the button still flashes then power off the product, turn the twist caps in the head, remove the brush bar and roller then clear any blockages.
The brush bar and roller stop working 2
There may be too much power for the type of floor. Some surfaces may cause the brush bar and roller to stop. Decrease the power and then try again.
