We offer a 30 day returns policy in case you change your mind. This policy only applies to purchases made on this website.
This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
Please do not send the item to Lupe Technology without prior authorisation from Lupe as it may not be accepted.
Should you wish to return your item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details;
- Date of purchase and Invoice number
- Serial number your machine (this can be found on the box under S/N and on the back of the control panel when you remove the bin)
- Reason for return
We will issue you with a Returns Authorisation number and return address label so that you can return the item.
When returning an item;
- You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- The cost of return is the sole cost of the person returning the item.
- Please include a printed copy of your Returns Authorisation with the return so that we can identify the return correctly.
- All returns must be returned in perfect, unused condition, with original packaging, all accessories, charger, battery and User Guide.
- Lupe will not be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged while being returned.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm we’ve received your returned item and approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any delivery costs will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds;
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com quoting your returns authorisation number.
Failure to return all of the items supplied when purchased may result in refusal to accept the return and or a partial refund at Lupe Technology’s sole discretion.
